WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE FIRST VISIT

All new patients will need to fill out our Personal Information Consent form and Medical History form, at or before your first visit. This can be done either online HERE or in person at the clinic, if completing in person please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Please bring a list of any medications you may be taking as well as your dental insurance card.

Consultations are free! Our denturist will do an initial assessment to ensure that the mouth is in a healthy condition and ready for denture fabrication.

Ask questions! Dentures are a big commitment and we want to make sure you are leaving well informed and confident about your denture options.
